Now in the fading light of day

Romulus came weeping down to the laundry room. "They're not letting me have FUN!" he shouted.
"They're not letting me destroy anything," he wept.
"I am so so sorry to hear that," I said, "did you ask them for a turn?"
"I did but they wouldn't."

Which is really, if you come right down to it, not very far off from my daily interaction with the Lord Most High.

I LOVE this picture. It reminds me of the Easter I was determined to get a good breakfast in my son before he hit the Easter basket. I left hubby to entertain him while I whipped up the eggs and toast. Guess how he entertained him? with the Easter basket!I came upstairs to find him coated in chocolate. Just about every picture that day looked a lot like this one.
